During these busy and difficult times, the Netflix series, "Headspace: A Guide to Meditation" may be of interest to some members of our school community. It's a series of eight episodes that focus on different areas of wellbeing.
It starts with a guide to meditation, and has short episodes focusing on topics like "How to deal with stress" and "how to be kind" .
The series also highlights the importance of taking a break, taking time and taking care of ourselves and our loved ones, something we can all relate to in the current times.
