Dr. Maureen Griffin visited our school today to talk to the first years about social media awareness and how to protect themselves online. The first years covered topics on protecting their online accounts, myths about popular Apps, recognising mis-information online, managing screen time and the impact of screens on sleep. It was an interactive workshop and students had time to ask questions.
